Exxene’s Foto Klear™ system is a patented Photochromic Coating System which combines quick color changes, high color stability, and abrasion resistance. This dual layered system enables you to produce a Photochromic product with bright, rapid color change.
UV light is necessary to activate the Photochromic effect, but excess UV light destroys the dye. Exxene’s Scratch Klear™ TN top coating controls excess UV light via optical filtering polymers, thus enhancing the life of the photochromic layer.
